Appointments

You can make an appointment with ("CentredTherapies", "we", "us" or "our") several ways.

2. By emailing [email protected]
3. By booking online: https://centredtherapies.co.uk/book.

Once you have made a booking, you will receive a confirmation email, along with an email and SMS reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

("CentredTherapies", "we", "us" or "our") require a minimum of 24 hours notice when you cancel an appointment. Failure to comply will incur a charge of the full amount of the appointment booked. We do this because we may not be able to fill your appointment in time - while still having to cover the costs.

An invoice for any cancellation / ‘no show’ charges will be sent to you by email for payment by bank transfer within 7 days. Following a cancellation, payment must be received before any further massage bookings can be taken.

Confidentiality

All client records are safeguarded by CentredTherapies, and will always remain confidential. Unless required to do so by a court of law, we will not share, sell, or distribute any information held on you without your consent.

Our third party booking provider will store your contact information so you can manage your bookings online and recieve appointment reminders. When booking with CentredTherapies, you consent to this.

All practioners employed by CentredTherapies have access to these records throughout the duration of their contract. We do this to provide you with the best possible experience.

Your Behaviour

CentredTherapies is a warm and relaxing space on private grounds by appointment. We ask all of our clients new and existing to be polite, respectful and kind to everybody within the premises. We do not accept any form of foul mouthing, abusive or sexual behaviour. Any attempt of such an act will stop the treatment; you will have to pay for the treatment due to the inconvenience and escorted off the premises. The Police will also be called if necessary. Intoxication on drugs or alcohol is also prohibited. Anyone who attempts to be slanderous of CentredTherapies regarding any procedures and any issues with our policies needs to express themselves in a formal letter, not the internet. All correspondence with complaints is dealt with immediately and effectively.

Health & Safety

All CentredTherapies employees are fully qualified and insured. You can see our insurers and accreditation body here: https://www.beautyguild.com/.

If a CentredTherapies therapist is ill, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment with any given notice. We do this to prevent cross contamination.

If you have any known illness which is contagious, you must call 01522 282008 to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so could result in your appointment being cancelled. Our cancellation policy may still apply.

Disclaimer

CentredTherapies provide Massage Treatments, but these treatments are not a substitute for professional medical care. CentredTherapies will never diagnose, prescribe medication or perform any kind of medical treatment. We will always recommend a referral to your GP if necessary.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment at our discretion. For example; we may require your Doctors permission to carry out treatment.
