What we collect, and why
To run your appointments we collect and keep: your name, phone number and email address;
your booking history (treatments, dates, amounts paid or owing); any notes you give us
that are relevant to your treatment; text message conversations with our business number;
and gift voucher purchases and balances. We use this information to take, confirm, remind
you about, change and cancel bookings, to take payment, and to answer your questions.
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Phone calls and our virtual assistant
Our phone line is answered by an automated virtual assistant, which can make, move and
cancel bookings and answer questions. Calls are recorded and transcribed so
your booking is captured accurately and so we can review the quality of the service.
Transcripts are stored alongside your booking records. Call audio and transcription are
processed on our behalf by our telephony provider (Twilio) and our speech and language
provider (xAI). The assistant tells every caller at the start of the call that the call
is recorded.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details are entered
on Stripe's secure pages and never touch or get stored on our website —
we only receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and the payment method's last details
needed for refunds and receipts.
Texts and emails
We send booking confirmations, appointment reminders (usually 24 hours before), payment
links and voucher deliveries by text message and email. Texts are sent through Twilio;
emails through Microsoft's email service. Reply STOP to any text, or contact us, if you
don't want reminders.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies from these providers:
- Google Analytics — to understand how the site is used.
- Google Ads — to measure whether our advertising leads to bookings.
For that measurement, a booking confirmation may share your email address or phone
number with Google in hashed (scrambled) form so Google can match the booking
to an ad click. Google cannot read the original details from the hash.
- Hotjar — to understand how visitors interact with pages.
- Meta (Facebook) pixel — advertising measurement.
- Cloudflare — security, performance and our "verify you are human"
check on forms.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the booking system
itself will keep working if you do.
How long we keep things
Booking, payment and voucher records are kept as long as we need them for running the
business and meeting our legal and accounting obligations. Call transcripts and message
history are kept so we have an accurate record of what was arranged. If you'd like
something deleted, ask — see your rights below.
Who we share data with
Only the service providers who make the business run, each acting on our instructions:
Stripe (payments), Twilio (calls and texts), xAI (call transcription and our virtual
assistant), Microsoft (email), Google, Hotjar and Meta (analytics and advertising as
described above), and Cloudflare (website security). We may also disclose information
where the law requires it. We never sell your data.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about
you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how it's used. The easiest

Either way we'll respond within a month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your
data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at
ico.org.uk.

When we change how we handle data we'll update this page and the date at the top.
